Oliver Marlow is a multi-platform designer, with a unique skill-set as a designer, craftsman, academic and facilitator, he works on all levels of the design process. Oliver founded Studio TILT with Dermot Egan in 2008 after they worked together at The Hub, where Oliver was Head of Design. There he led the design process for over 25 coworking spaces all over the world.
As a leading expert on the design of collaborative spaces, Oliver has lectured and led design workshops internationally including Sao Paulo, Los Angeles, Madrid and Beijing. He has also spoken at TEDx events, many other design conferences globally and recently launched the book ‘Codesigning Space’ he wrote with Dermot Egan.
Oliver leads the design team pioneering new collaborative design techniques to engage end users in the design of spaces. His portfolio includes The Southbank Centre, The Young Vic Theatre, The Battersea Arts Centre, Edinburgh Film Festival and NPI and the first social innovation centre in China. Studio TILT’s London project, the Festival Village won Best International Space at for the Public Spaces Scheme at the FX Awards, 2012.
